Barkley Evergreen & Partners Public Relations has promoted Jennifer Baldridge to vice president of business development and Kelli Ramey and Jeff Risley to vice presidents and account supervisors. Baldridge, a 13-year veteran of the Kansas City, Mo., agency, will be responsible for new business and marketing at the PR practice.
