Jeff Bell, corporate vp of global marketing for Microsoft’s Interactive Entertainment Business is leaving the company. The Redmond, Wash.-based company will assume a new leadership structure following his departure.

Bell joined Microsoft two years ago coming from Chrysler LLC, where he had served as vp of product strategy for the Chrysler Group.

Bell is succeeded by a team of Microsoft veterans that includes Shane Kim, who becomes corporate vp of strategy and business development, a newly created role, and Phil Spencer, who takes leadership of all first-party development and publishing efforts globally.
