Former MacManus Group CEO Roy Bostock is stepping down as chairman of Bcom3 Group, the holding company formed when MacManus merged with Leo Group, and will be succeeded by Roger Haupt, CEO.

Bostock, 60, plans to remain on the board and to consult on major clients, according to a representative.

Bcom3, created in February 2000 and 20 percent owned by Dentsu Inc. of Toyko, shelved plans to go public this year because of volatile market conditions.
