BBK has reported a $3.8 million revenue increase in fiscal 2002 to $11.5 million. The figure represents a jump of nearly 50 percent from the previous year.

In the same period, the Newton, Mass., independent healthcare marketing agency expanded its staff 16 percent, now employing more than 50 medical, management, public relations and advertising professionals. The 20-year-old shop specializes in patient recruitment advertising for medical and pharmaceutical research.
