CHICAGO – Bayer Bess Vanderwarker here hired away Steven Rosenblum, a senior vp/management supervisor at Lowe & Partners/N.Y., to run BBV’s Gatorade business. Rosenblum spent six years at Lowe working on many of Coca-Cola’s beverage brands, including Sprite, Fresca, and Minute Maid Orange Soda. He fills a previously vacated spot. Meanwhile, Quaker Oats has yet to fill a top marketing spot on the Gatorade business in Chicago.
