Bank of America has shifted its $170 million creative and media duties to IPG’s Deutsch. The media business spent just 14 weeks with Publicis’ Starcom MediaVest; Bozell had the creative account. The move was expected [Adweek, Feb. 3], as the client is shuffling its business in preparation for a merger between Bozell and HSBC agency Lowe.
