St. John & Partners Advertising and Public Relations has appointed Scott Banda creative group head. At the Jacksonville, Fla., agency, Banda will lead the Zaxby’s, Clearwire and Vistakon creative teams. He previously served as associate creative director at GSW Worldwide in Columbus, Ohio. The shop has also recruited Ashley Miles and Blake Ivie as assistant media planners. Miles is a recent graduate of Florida State University; Ivie, a graduate of the University of Florida, recently completed an internship at Jacksonville’s WJXT Channel 4.
