Badger & Partners in New York has appointed Andrew Beaver chief marketing officer and senior partner. Beaver will direct agency operations, new business development and oversee delivery of an expanded range of branding and creative services to clients. Previously, he was director of client services and managing partner at TBWA\Chiat\Day in New York, where he helped engineer new business wins, staff upgrades and managed clients like Seagram’s, Kmart and Orbitz.com. Beaver also served as executive vice president at Deutsch in New York, managing brands like Tanqueray, Snapple and Prudential Securities.
