Tuerff-Davis EnviroMedia has named Jamie Baker senior media planner and buyer. Prior to joining the Austin, Texas shop, Baker worked as a senior media planner at The Davis Group, also in Austin. TDE also has hired Shelly Beaird as media planner and buyer. Previously, Beaird worked as an associate media director at Austin-based Sherry Matthews Advertising.
