Re-evaluation Caused by AmEx Reshuffle
NEW YORK–AT&T is re-evaluating direct marketing duties on the estimated $20 million Universal Card assignment. The client has not ruled out a review that could include both roster shops and outside agencies, said client representative Mitch Montagna.
The account of the Jacksonville, Fla.-based division of AT&T is handled by Bronner Slosberg Humphrey in Boston.
AT&T’s hand was forced by American Express, which awarded Bronner a conflicting piece of business that sources estimated was worth $100 million.
