ATLANTA Ames Scullin O’Haire has won a creative assignment for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, sources said.

The daily newspaper considered presentations from ASO, Huey/Paprocki and Trone, all in Atlanta, for the branding initiative, according to sources.

Previously, Interpublic Group’s Austin Kelley Advertising in Atlanta handled the creative portion of the account, which is valued at less than $1 million. The shop parted ways with the newspaper, owned by Cox Enterprises here, earlier this year.

ASO could not be reached for comment.
