BOSTON Havas-owned Arnold won the Delta Faucet account following a review, according to Pile and Co., the consultancy that oversaw the process.

The Boston-based shop overcame finalist The Martin Agency, an Interpublic Group agency in Richmond, Va., Pile said. Estimated billings on Delta Faucet are $15 million.

The Indianapolis-based client split with IPG-owned Campbell-Ewald in Warren, Mich., in April. That agency had worked with Delta Faucet for 15 years.

Eliminated from the review in the semifinal round were IPG agencies Lowe in New York and Mullen in Wenham, Mass.,
