BOSTON — Arnold has withdrawn from the review for PeopleSoft’s $30 million advertising account.

The agency, pitching through its Boston and San Francisco offices, cited looming technology-related conflict issues with client Monster.com.

Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, both San Francisco, and BBDO of New York remain in contention. Kirshenbaum is the incumbent. The provider of customer and personnel management software is handling the search in-house and is expected to choose a winner in October.
