BOSTON Arnold said Barbara Reilly and Melissa Morgante have been promoted to managing partners and members of the firm’s domestic operating board. The Havas-owned agency here now has 13 managing partners.
This marks the second management move in two weeks at Arnold, following the agency’s hire of evp of media strategy Kristi Argyilan from crosstown rival Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos.
Reilly, a 15-year Arnold veteran, is currently evp, group account director, leading the Citizens Bank and Talbot’s accounts.
