BOSTON Final pitches are set for today in the review for creative chores on Verizon Wireless’ $300 million ad account, sources said.

Havas-owned Arnold in Boston presents in the morning, followed by Interpublic Group shop McCann Erickson in New York in the afternoon. McCann has been the steward on the account since the client split with IPG’s Lowe in February.

Three weeks ago, J. Walter Thompson in New York was cut from the process, which is being managed by consulting firm Pile and Co.
