Arnold has promoted Margit Jacobson to account supervisor from account executive. She works on Royal Caribbean, one of the largest clients handled by the Havas-owned agency in Boston. Arnold has also added Paul Dome and Julian Gross as account executives on the same piece of business. Dome joins from Havas’ Euro RSCG Circle in Boston, Gross from independent Boston agency Digitas. Also coming to Arnold as account execs are David Rowden and Tara Eskholme. The former had been with Interpublic Group’s Mullen in Wenham, Mass.,
