Arnold Elevates Rice

BOSTON Arnold said it has promoted eight-year agency veteran Beth Rice to executive vice president of its brand promotions unit. She had been an svp at the Havas-owned shop.

“Everyone who works with Beth will attest to her passion and energy for her craft and dedication and commitment to Arnold,” said Karen Driscoll, managing partner and director of operations at the agency here.

During her tenure, Rice, 47, has helped improve Arnold’s promotional capabilities, expand its suite of service offerings and guide efforts such as last year’s Fidelity Investments-sponsored Paul McCartney tour and RadioShack’s “Red Chair Mall Tour.”

Most recently, Rice oversaw events leading up to the Super Bowl XL launch of MobileESPN’s wireless service.

Rice is also co-chair of the New England Chapter of the Promotional Marketing Association.
