Arnold Worldwide Partners in Chicago has appointed Ron Wolters senior vice president, group director. Wolters joined the agency in 1997 as group director for the Harris Bank account and was named vice president in 2001. A veteran of the Chicago advertising community, his resume lists Young & Rubicam and Foote, Cone & Belding, among other shops. Arnold also has named James Hickey senior vice president, director of media services.
