NEW YORK The June hiring of aR Media means big changes for Bill Blass Limited’s fall 2003 print campaign.

The New York’s shop first work for the 30-year-old fashion design house will debut in the September issues of magazines such as Vogue, Details, Elle, GQ, Vanity Fair and InStyle, said an agency representative. The media budget for this year’s fall campaign for both the women’s and men’s wear collections is more than $2 million.

The previous incumbent, Lipman, Richmond, Greene in New York, handled the client’s advertising for the last three seasons.
