NEW YORK AQuantive has named former Young & Rubicam president Linda Srere and former Overture Services chief operating officer Jaynie Miller Studenmund to its nine-person board of directors.

The Seattle-based digital marketing and technology company also re-elected director Peter Neupert, 48, who is chairman of drugstore.com’s board, to a three-year term.

Srere, 48, a marketing and advertising consultant, currently serves as a director for Electronic Arts. She left WPP Group’s Y&R in September 2001 after having held various posts, including president and chief client officer, over her seven-year tenure.
