Austin, Texas-based Tocquigny has promoted account supervisor Alan Vassberg to account director. Prior to joining the shop, Vassberg worked as an account supervisor at SicolaMartin, also in Austin. Tocquigny has also hired Drew Finkbeiner and Andrew Leeper as account executive and assistant account executive, respectively. Finkbeiner arrives from TKO Advertising in Austin, where he served as an account manager; Leeper was previously an advertising specialist at Texas Economic Development & Tourism in Austin. In addition, Tocquigny has employed former intern Alison Brehme as a media assistant.
