NEW YORK American Online has renewed and expanded a strategic content and marketing alliance with Spanish-language media company Univision Communications.

As a part of the agreement, the AOL Time Warner Internet unit will secure a significant on-air and online presence on Univision-owned media.

Also, AOL Latino will incorporate material, such as articles and photos, as well as broadband content, including news, celebrity clips and entertainment features, from Univision. In turn, Dulles, Va.-based AOL will provide its 35 million members access to Univision through AOL Keyword: Univision.
