LOS ANGELES Independent davidandgoliath has promoted two key staff members to managing partner roles, according to the agency’s chairman.

Director of planning and new business Ruth Amir and group account director Mike Braue would “continue to function in planning and account positions, but also become more involved in core shop decisions,” said David Angelo, chairman and chief creative officer of the Los Angeles agency.

“This was a long time coming,” Angelo said, explaining that he had seen Braue and Amir “as managing partners from the beginning.
