American Saw Selects N.Y. Agency

CHICAGO American Saw & Manufacturing has tapped Eric Mower Associates to handle its Lenox brand following a review, the agency has confirmed.

The Syracuse, N.Y., shop bested Biggs-Gilmore in Kalamazoo, Mich., and Blattner Brunner in Pittsburgh for the estimated $5-10 million business-to-business account, sources said. The client declined to confirm contenders and billings.

EMA will handle advertising, public relations, collateral, sales promotions and planning, according to an agency representative.

American Saw & Manufacturing of East Longmeadow, Mass., is a division of Newell-Rubbermaid.
