AICP to Honor International Ads

NEW YORK The Association of Independent Commercial Producers will recognize international advertising in a separate category during its 2003 show, “The Art & Technique of the American Commercial.”

Advertising Excellence/International is one of 23 categories that comprise the show. This is the second year the category has been included.

The entry deadline is Feb. 14. Entry forms can be found on AICP’s Web site,

The AICP Awards honor excellence in the collaborative crafts of commercial filmmaking. Winners become part of the Museum of Modern Art’s permanent collection in its film and media department. This year’s show will open on June 9 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
