ARIZONA
The Integer Group, a Denver-based marketing communications agency, has opened a Phoenix office to service its U S West Communications account. The office is led by Tamara Frank, an account supervisor on the U S West business.
COLORADO
Aspen Healthcare Metrics, an Englewood-based provider of consulting and data products for the healthcare industry, contracted Armstrong & Armstrong in Longmont to develop new marketing and communications materials.
The creative services division of Boulder-based Carl Thompson Associates designed a Web site for MarkWest Hydrocarbon, an Englewood-based provider of natural processing and related services. CTA has also been retained by The Golden Eagle Group in Houston to design its 1997 annual report.
NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
Parker Public Relations relocated to San Rafael from Sacramento, where the company was founded in 1995 by Clifton Parker.
OREGON
Cole & Weber is developing creative work for GTE Internetworking, a newly formed division of GTE. The efforts will leverage the “People moving ideas” brand image created for GTE by parent agency Ogilvy & Mather. Cole & Weber will also develop service-specific advertising for GTE Internetworking’s business-to-business line.
Prideaux Swearingen in Portland was selected by the Oregon Trail Pageant to develop promotional materials for Tom DeTitta’s “Home Again” program, to be held at the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center in Oregon City this summer.
Joy Panos Stauber and Eric Hillerns have formed Collective Inc., a full-service print and online design group in Portland. Collective is working with the Association for Portland Progress on its Holiday Downtown Campaign and collaborating with Pacific Intermedia on large-scale Web sites for ADC Kentrox, Optec and Merix.
TriAd, a full-service advertising, marketing and public relations firm in Bend, completed design and production on a three-color logo, stationery and full-color brochure for Deschutes River Lodge, a new fishing outpost west of Redmond.
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
Marketing And was awarded project-based work for Computerworld magazine. Its first project is to launch the publication’s inaugural Leader’s Choice Awards.
Moya, Selbert Communications Consulting and the Growth Strategies Group have both established offices in Century City. MSCC is a full-service public relations and marketing firm specializing in corporate, public affairs and Hispanic communications. GSG is a research consulting company specializing in identifying trends and developing business strategies.
Levinson Associates in Los Angeles was hired to handle public relations marketing consulting for Moulin D’or Recordings in Arlington, Texas.
RiechesBaird Advertising in Huntington Beach was hired by Renzi, a Newport Beach-based custom clothier, to handle communications, marketing promotions and public relations. The agency will also create collateral materials and produce a TV spot.
Stoorza, Ziegaus & Metzger in San Diego picked up public relations duties for two new clients: CartTronics, makers of an anti-theft system for shopping carts; and The Carlyle Collection, a San Diego-based art re-creation company.
Fuel in Santa Monica created the graphics illustrating the performance power of Dell’s computers in two commercials from San Francisco-based agency Goldberg Moser O’Neill.
WASHINGTON
McFarland Richards and Graf in Seattle has moved its offices from Pioneer Square
to 800 Maynard Ave. South in the city’s international district. As part of a promotional campaign introducing its new location, the agency has created theater promotion-type posters touting the beginning of “MRG’s Asian Adventure.”
