Cohen-Friedberg Associates, a marketing and sales promotional agency in Framingham, has launched a scratch-and-win game card promotion for Brigham’s Ice Cream stores. Customers will compete for several vacation packages and other prizes.
Partners & Simons in Boston has won the account of Engage Technologies, an Andover-based provider of technology that leverages access to databases of multisite profiles of anonymous Web users. Companies can access the information in real time to customize their advertising and its content. The agency will create a trade print campaign, online advertising and direct marketing executions.
Dataware Technologies, headquartered in Cambridge, has hired Barrett Communications, also in Cambridge, to design packaging for a new product. Dataware provides software for enterprise information access and electronic publishing.
Framingham-based Commonwealth Creative Associates has been chosen to provide advertising and public relations services for two MetroWest Chamber of Commerce programs. The project includes designing outdoor and print advertising to promote the client’s 1998 Annual Business Exposition.
Haggman in Manchester has created packaging and design for Boston Brownies, which are available in the frozen-foods section of major supermarkets throughout New England.

VERMONT
Lassalle Altschul Advertising and Public Relations in Manchester Center has created a new publications division to expand its focus to include the travel and tourism market. The company acquired Vermont Vacations Magazine, a 25-year-old publication that it distributes with partner CTM Brochure Display.
