CONNECTICUT
KGA Advertising, Middletown, has been tapped by the Connecticut Department of Public Utilities to produce a campaign introducing the concept of power deregulation to consumers statewide. Television, radio, print, outdoor and transit ads are in the works.
The Atlantic Group, Norwalk, has been named agency of record for Arch Chemicals, a Norwalk-based spinoff of Olin Corp. Separately, the shop has created a virtual tour for Perkin-Elmer’s analytical instruments division, also in Norwalk. Offering product specifications and demonstrations, the interactive vehicle allows potential customers to journey through the client’s laboratory facilities.
