Agency to Close St. Louis Office

BOSTON Arnold confirmed today that it would shift its Jack Daniel’s account to its headquarters here from its 35-person outpost in St. Louis, which is expected to close shortly thereafter.

Brown-Forman spent $25 million in measured media on Jack Daniel’s last year, according to Nielsen Monitor-Plus. The St. Louis office of the Havas-owned agency also works for several smaller pieces of business, such as Houlihan’s restaurants.

Brown-Forman did not immediately return calls.

Some St. Louis agency employees will make the move to Boston, including Steve Swanson, managing partner at the outpost, Swanson said.
