One of two commercials included in the marketing effort, titled “Own Your Ridges,” features NBA All-Star Anthony Davis, rapper T-Pain and internet personality King Bach celebrating what makes them unique. Created by Motive, the 30-second spot is scheduled to debut during the NBA All-Star Game on TNT on March 7.

A second commercial, also showcasing Davis, is set to premiere during the Grammy Awards on March 14 on CBS.

Frito-Lay’s vp of marketing Stacy Taffet said Davis was a good fit for both the campaign and Ruffles, the official chip of the NBA, because “he’s someone who really owns his individuality and encourages his fans to do the same.”
