Jason White is a man on a mission. The CMO of Curaleaf, a decade-old cannabis brand that operates its own dispensaries and grow operation, is leveraging its power for social justice while dealing with constantly shifting regulations.

Curaleaf recently acquired Grassroots, making it the largest cannabis company in the world by revenue, with operations in 23 states. Its oil brand, Select, has also expanded to 950 independent dispensaries.
