When the Class of 2020 began their senior year, the economy was booming. Now, nearly 4 million newly minted bachelor’s, associate’s, master’s and doctorate degree-holders will commence their professional lives in the worst job market since the Great Depression.

Not only that, many of them won’t even have the traditional cap-and-gown graduation ceremony. So what does this class, most of them part of Gen Z, need to do to get by? What steps should they be taking now?

On today’s episode of Adweek Together, show producer Nick Gardner, who’s also the host of the Gen ZEOs podcast, talks with Jacob Pace, CEO of digital entertainment brand Flighthouse and a Gen Z-er himself.

Adweek Together is a daily live discussion, at noon ET, hosted by our editors along with the leaders of the companies we cover, seeking guidance, solutions and information—together.
