Adams & Knight Brings it on

Whether you’re a chicken chaser, a pet trainer or a Web developer, you can buy coverage through The Hartford Financial Services’ Spectrum Small Business Insurance.

That’s the thrust of a print effort from Adams & Knight Advertising that seeks to dispel the notion that The Hartford extends coverage only to traditional businesses. “We wanted to dramatize more obscure businesses,” said agency partner Bill Knight.

In one ad a pair of hands is shown grabbing for a chicken. Copy reads, “From art galleries to Web site developers, The Hartford covers the spectrum of small businesses—particularly now that we’ve added over 200 new classes.”

Ads carry the “Bring it on” theme introduced several years ago by client lead agency Arnold Worldwide, Boston, which handles media chores for Spectrum.
