NEW YORK Disney’s ABC television network and WPP Group’s MindShare have entered into an agreement to jointly develop and produce new TV programming, with a particular focus on shows targeted to families.

Details about the financial arrangements between the network and the media shop were not disclosed. The deal calls for ABC and MindShare to divide development costs. Furthermore, the agreement stipulates that MindShare clients will be brought in as sponsors, an ABC representative said.
