DALLAS Advertising agency search firm Achenbaum Bogda Associates has changed its name to ABA Partners and promoted two key executives after the departure of co-founder Alvin Achenbaum, the company said.

Achenbaum, who carried the title of chairman, left the company to devote more time to publishing and lecturing, said partner Pete Bogda. Achenbaum has taught at Bernard Baruch Graduate School of Public and Business Administration and written numerous articles on marketing and advertising.

Under the new management structure, Bogda’s son, Mike, will be managing partner of the Dallas office while Reji Puthenveetil becomes managing partner of the Raleigh, N.C.,
