AAR Contacting Agencies About An LCI Account

The Advertising Agency Register has sent out questionnaires to shops nationwide about an ad account for LCI International’s prepaid phone cards, sources said.
Mark Welton, LCI’s vice president, enhanced services, confirmed LCI is working with AAR, but said there were no immediate plans to hire a shop.
The McLean, Va., long-distance company’s lead agency is Ron Foth Advertising in Columbus, Ohio. It was not known whether AAR had contacted Foth about the estimated $5 million assignment.
