NEW YORK Publicis Groupe’s Saatchi & Saatchi Consumer Healthcare has been selected to handle creative duties on Levitra, besting two other contenders, sources said. Estimated billings are $90 million.

The other finalists were Omnicom Group shops BBDO and Merkley + Partners, both in New York, sources said. DDB, another Omnicom shop, initially pursued the business but withdrew before final presentations [Adweek, Nov. 22].

The incumbent was WPP Group’s The Quantum Group in Parsippany, N.J.

The agencies either declined comment or could not be reached.
