The 4A's today released the initial findings of a yearlong research initiative designed to learn more about the experiences of women and other diverse professionals working in the advertising industry.

The results will come as a major blow to anyone who downplays the prevalence of sexual harassment and discrimination in the agency world. A strong majority of women who participated in the study reported having experienced sexual harassment and/or discrimination at some point during their careers to date.
