NEW YORK — Tony Plesner, president and chief operating officer of 24/7 Real Media, is leaving the company after two years, the New York-based online marketing and technology outfit said Wednesday. He will stay on as a consulting role through the end of the year and will not be replaced.

“I feel that my job here is done and that my objectives have been accomplished,” Plesner said in a statement. “The turnaround is complete and I am ready to take on my next challenge.”
