NEW YORK Progressive Direct today selected four finalists in its $150 million-plus creative review, according to sources.

Sources identified the contenders as Omnicom Group’s GSD&M in Austin, Texas, and Havas-owned shops Arnold in Boston, McKinney in Durham, N.C., and Euro RSCG in New York.

The agencies will be briefed in about two weeks, and final presentations are slated for September, according to sources. Progressive is an insurance provider based in Mayfield Village, Ohio.

The finalists emerged from a field of six that also included Omnicom’s TBWA\Chiat\Day in New York and independent The Richards Group in Dallas [Adweek Online, June 27].
