Week of Feb. 28 TV Ratings: Cable Networks, Morning Shows, Evening News

Fox News Channel, CNN and MSNBC averaged the most viewers on basic cable last week, driven by ongoing coverage of the war in Ukraine, and President Biden’s State of the Union address last Tuesday. During the week spanning Feb. 28–March 6, Fox News was the No. 1 basic cable network in total day and prime time among adults 25-54 and in average total viewers. (TVNewser)

ABC’s Good Morning America finished the week as U.S. TV’s most-watched morning show, while NBC’s Today averaged the most adults 25-54. (TVNewser)

ABC World News Tonight with David Muir averaged the most total viewers of any show, excluding sports and syndication, and the most adults 25-54 of any evening newscast. This marks back to back weeks at No. 1 for ABC’s flagship newscast. (TVNewser)
