Tubi Becomes the Latest Streamer to Add Live Sports to its Lineup

Fox Corp. has added 10 livestreaming sports channels to its free, ad-supported platform Tubi, becoming the newest entrant into the sports streaming landscape. The Fox-owned AVOD service is working with Fox Sports to roll out Sports on Tubi, a dedicated sports programming hub, across Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Android devices. Availability on other platforms and devices will continue rolling out, the company said. (Adweek)

Channels include Fox Sports, Fox Deportes, NFL, MLB, beIn Sports Xtra and beIn Sports Xtra en Español, Fubo Sports Network, Pac-12 Insider, Stadium and USA Today SportsWire. In addition, Tubi plans to add channels for the ACC and Real Madrid later in 2021, with additional channels on tap for next year. (Variety)
