Going up against Fox’s broadcast of Thursday Night Football didn’t seem to badly hurt ratings for Thursday night’s ABC-Univision Democratic primary debate. (TVNewser)

More than 14 million people tuned in for the clash of 10 presidential candidates in Houston on ABC News and Univision, the second-largest audience to date for a Democratic primary debate. (NYT)

ABC accounted for 12.93 million viewers, with Univision averaging 1.11 million. The two networks combined for a 3.3 rating in the key news demographic of adults 25-54. (THR / Live Feed)

While up from the last debate between Democratic heavyweights on CNN looking to see Donald Trump fired next November, Thursday’s gathering was down 23 percent from the viewership that the Biden-led second night of the first Dems debates had June 27 on NBC, MSNBC and Telemundo. (Deadline)

Fox News still holds the record for a primary debate: the 2015 Republican debate in Cleveland, Ohio drew 24 million viewers, with 7.9 million in the demo. (Mediaite)
