MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski has announced that a meeting is in the works between her and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey about President Trump’s tweets. (Mediaite)

The move came after Trump recently revived an old, debunked conspiracy theory suggesting that her husband and talk show co-host Joe Scarborough may have murdered a former aide in 2001 when he was in Congress. (HuffPost)

Brzezinski said Wednesday that Twitter should not be allowing the tweets and that they should be taken down. “You will be hearing from me on this, because this is B.S.” she said. She later tweeted at Dorsey, “@jack At what point is @Twitter a part of this? TAKE DOWN TRUMP’s ACCOUNT— the world world be safer. Retweet if you agree.” (Deadline)
