CNN Taps Politico’s Tara Palmeri as Political Analyst

CNN is adding Politico White House correspondent Tara Palmeri as a political analyst. Palmeri had spent the past two years writing for Politico from Europe, where she covered the terror attacks in Paris and Brussels, the Greek financial crisis and Brexit. She also was a CNBC contributor during this time. (THR)

Palmeri has also covered President Trump extensively for Politico, and was recently named by Adweek as one of its Political Power Players. Palmeri’s path has been a windy one. She had a five-year stint as a gossip columnist for Page Six, and was later a city politics reporter for the New York Post. (TVNewser)
