Blunder Prevents Early BuzzFeed Employees from Selling Shares

Many early BuzzFeed employees remain unable to sell their shares, even though the company went public last Monday. (Axios)

The share price initially opened at $10.95 and hit a high of $14.77 soon after trading started on Monday before falling quickly and precipitously, reaching a low of $5.56. In the interim, former employees have dealt with a mess of miscommunication, paperwork and phone calls as they watched their money slip away. (Vice)
