Wunderman Thompson Brings In New Group Strategy Director

By Doug Zanger

Wunderman Thompson (we’re still getting used to the new name) has hired Lindsey Gonnella as group strategy director, its second major hire following that of former Possible CEO Shane Atchison.

She brings more than a decade of strategic experience with a number of high-profile brands to the role and will focus on working with the same sort of clients. Gonnella will report to Lulu Laudon, chief strategy officer of Wunderman Thompson New York.

“It’s an honor to come to Wunderman Thompson,” said Gonnella. “I believe in the power of data-driven insight; I know only great things can come from the collision of analytical thinking and creativity.”

Fun facts: As a studio art major, Gonnella still finds time to draw and paint.
