Hero Digital, the independent customer experience agency named to Adweek’s Fastest Growing Agencies, hired Arun Kumar as svp, data and insights.
Kumar will be tasked with leading data strategy insights and capabilities for Hero Digital out of the agency’s New York office while reporting to president Patrick Frend.
“We welcome Arun and his talent to drive Hero Digital’s analytics practice to deliver more customer loyalty and business growth to our clients,” Frend said in a statement “Arun’s deep knowledge and expertise in leading data and analytics for many of the world’s top brands will better serve our clients to create customer experiences that matter.”
Arun arrives at Hero Digital from Wunderman Thompson New York, where he most recently served as co-chief data officer. Before joining Wunderman Thompson as svp, analytics in 2018, he served as global head of analytics for Razorfish/Publicis Team One’s Citi unit. Before that, he spent around seven and a half years at Razorfish, most recently as group director, data science.
