William Rosen Leaving Arc

By Kiran Aditham

Arc veteran William Rosen, who was named the agency’s first North American president back in mid-2009 and continued to serve as its chief creative officer, will soon be leaving his post. We’ve been told that the exec, who’s been CCO at Leo Burnett’s marketing services arm since it was launched in 2004, is “returning to his roots” in consulting at the beginning of the year. It appears that Rosen’s departure is an amicable one as the Leo/Arc folks, who are currently “evaluating [their] plans for leadership,” tell us “he will truly be missed.” Rosen’s last day at Arc is Dec. 29.
