We’re not sure if this is the ringing endorsement Whole Foods was asking for or even needed, but the Austin-based supermarket chain gets a shout out regardless from San Francisco/LA-based collective Fog & Smog. Sure, it’s about as gangsta as “Swagger Wagon,” but what more can you expect when someone’s rapping about the travails of shopping for their favorite natural and organic items.
It definitely does get real according to Prius-driving MC David Wittman–er, sorry, DJDave–, who wrote and produced this effort, which I guess proves that we’re not hard enough to shop at Whole Foods. Stop & Shop it is, then. But before you start busting on this dude’s flow, maybe you want to give this a whirl first.
